The natural born issue is a winner if the pubs want it to be. The GOP could be the party of government transparency and law. They will let Barry do things in secret and keep secrets and not uphold the constitution for a couple of perceived votes from the John Stewart crowd. (Sigh)
I guess the whole upholding and defending the constitution is not as cool as your free valet parking at the capitol.

GOP Strategists are afraid of their own shadow. They're the biggest part of the problem. They'll always be Obamas around. It's these guys that have allowed the Obamas of the world to rise to power.
Gimme the real deal. Give me Tea-Party type, true conservatives that aren't afraid of anything or anyone and are bold as a lion. That's what our country needs

The question of whether President Barack Obama was born on U.S. soil... The issue never was where he was born, it was always to whom he was born. It is the "natural born" issue that matters. The press and "representatives" in both parties are very reluctant to face the actual issue.

Sounds like noisy status quo rinos, just clamoring to get on the endangered species list.
To: DaveyB
The question of whether President Barack Obama was born on U.S. soil will have zero impact on the 2012 campaign but could significantly damage Republicans prospects for retaking the White House Zero impact that could significantly damage? Wtf?
This article is hedged bull crap. Keep going, GOP: Obama is a walking punch line.
To: DaveyB
I don’t know what they’re so afraid of. None of the establishment republicans can be linked to the BC issue. They were all too busy cowering in the corner going along to get along..... as usual. If they don’t step out of the box and fight this election, they will be losers. Barry has a billion dollars and the MSM cheerleaders in his pocket.
To: DaveyB
GOP strategists fear EVERYTHING.
These are nothing more than whining, cringing curs with the tail stuck between the legs.

This will hurt Obama if the Pubs get their noses out of their Beltway.
Whenever any public figure tries to hide something that public figure always looks bad --- unless his alleged opponents start defending him.
And if anybody really wants to try make "birtherism" a GOP anchor, it's pretty easy to point out that the first birther was a prominent Pennsylvania Democrat.

GOP strategists are afraid of everything. Winners have no fear. The GOP needs to have a spirit of boldness not of fear. Take it to the enemy. Drop the lies back into their lap. Evil only wins when good people do nothing. Come on, GOP. GROW A BACK BONE!
