Most likely, one suspects, the one who signed as "U K L Lee" was the forger himself, taking credit for the deed with an in-joke that presumably would escape the attention of the masses and the mainstream media cowed into submission by an imperious Presidential statement that he had "more important things" to worry about.
It is also possible that the forger was not comfortable with the criminal task imposed on him or her, and therefore left tell-traces, together with the artifacts of photoshopping and document assembly, as clues.
Israel Insider is familiar with all this because we encountered it before, in our detailed analysis of the original publication of the short-form "Certification of Live Birth" originally published on the White House's behalf in the Daily Kos. There a skilled document-manipulator named Jay McKinnon produced knockoffs of that document with the whimsical signature "I B A Forgerie" in examples showing how it's done.

"U K L Lee" is a slightly more subtle signature than Haye I.B Ahphorgerie, but the idea is identical. Forgers, like all artists, invariably find ways, directly or indirectly, of claiming credit for their creations. Whoever added the ukulele signature either was arrogant enough to believe that his in-joke would be overlooked, or arrogant enough not to care. Or even, consciously or unconsciously, he wanted to be discovered.
One would hope that, if this confession was done without direction from the president, the forger knows how to conceal him or herself better than the evidence of his or her forgery!

For instance: The number of threads about the "Kapiolani" center being bogus, while ignoring the Nordyke twins having the same hospital listed is outrageous.
What bothers me most, is this seems to be some sort or abstract of the original BC. Definitely not a photocopy of the one typed up in 1964. A microfiche like the Nordyke twins have would go a long way to fix this strangeness...............
Any “COLB” or BC released by the White House ain’t worth the paper it’s printed on, or the electrons is uses up in cyberspace. Only the Hawaii dept. of Vital Records can provide a bona-fide original either physical or electronic with an accompanying encrypted digital certificate of authenticity. Similarly, any academic transcripts “released” by the WH would be just as worthless, because such records are only considered valid when obtained directly from the institution’s registrar’s office, with all the appropriate stamps, signatures, and postmarks. You can fiddle with pixels until the cows come home... what the White House released yesterday is completely worthless.

Well, the Nordykes are the originals they got when the girls started kindergarten, so the purported one issued today would not look similar to theirs. It’s the filed/accepted dates & the number sequence discrepency that outright shows that Obama’s is a fake made out of thin air for the fraud-in-thief.

Of course, you shouldn’t pay too much attention to the article — after all, our esteemed Congress critters accept the hoax, so Bambi’s BC must be genuine.
I agree and it appears as if this whole BC issue has been laid to rest.
I really want the damn thing to be a proven forgery but now its getting ridiculous. My gut still tells me that he is lying but I can’t accept any of the claims made. There isn’t any credible evidence.

Look at the BC posted by Patlin. That's her BC and it was signed by UK L Lee in 1962.
I would not put it past Obama and his crew to put a whole lot of false information out there to keep people pressing this issue. How will they know what they are looking at is a matter of actual record or just letters etc. planted to entertain people on this issue?
That being said, the BC proves that Obama was not a Natural Born Citizen.
Before we go down this road, someone should to a search of other records to see if there WAS a UK L Lee. Granted, that would be a weird name, but I have run across some very weird names in my life (not to mention having a weird name myself).
