Good luck with that but the Chester Arthur precedent and the most recent court rulings such as Kim Wong Ark are totally against you.
That may be true, but it still needs to be heard at SCOTUS. We're talking about long term precedent here. As Beckwith said, "What if his dad was Hitler, etc." And c'mon everyone, you know what the founders intent was.
Let's solidify it with a SCOTUS ruling. It may not happen with this current bunch, but for the good of the country, it needs to eventually be determined by SCOTUS.
