Good Idea giving the EPA power over water. Now they can order it not to flood when winter snows melt and heavy rains come.
S if the Republicans get power back, they just shut den the ports in all the blue states due to water pollution. The left and the unins will beg for the EPA to be shut down.
More layoffs coming in Huston and the Lizard controversy will probably shut down all of West Texas.
