The British have reduced their forces to the point that they have very few troops.
They will need NATO help.

I’m sure they have conferred about how to bring this about—the US can’t go in first, but we’ll “creep” in by stages.
(Don’t hold your breath waiting for any war protesters, or signs about “no war for oil!”)
Expect Italian, Spanish, Dutch and maybe Baltic NATO members to again agree to join in this adventure.
We coudl even see Turks join in on this one.
On the other hand, we can work backwards through the NATO and EU Rapid Reaction Force membership lists....

The UNIFIL force south of the Litani was overwhlemed doing vehicle checkpoints, doubt the Socialists will sign up for Libya.
