This is how you do it! They already did it once. Here in Tulsa the messycan community evaporated overnight. But then they realized Tulsa cops aren't going to enforce squat if it means they have to leave dunkin donuts. Now the crimigrants are back more than before.
Nobody's going to enforce it.
