Yes, the name of the doctor who supposedly signed the purported "Certificate of Live Birth" is David A. Sinclair, M. D. I've been told by another FReeper that he was licensed to practice medicine in Hawaii from 1960-1990.

He died in 2003 and his obit apparently appeared in one of the Honolulu newspapers. (Would you think that the Obamatons would have released a document with a still alive and functional doctor's signature on it?) It might be helpful to get info as to what type of practice he had at the time, perhaps from surviving relatives.
