"Im no expert, but I know enough about retouching images, specifically text manipulation. And I am not a birther... "But just through my initial examination of the pdf, it is crystal clear it has been manipulated.
"For example, when I zoom in using Acrobat Professional, all the text separates ( flashes) in layers. A scanned document will not do that, unless its OCR. Also when zoomed in, there is clear white space added around the text.
"Again, a scan would not add that halo effect to the type.
"The white space around various text is also inconsistent, meaning that on some words, there is fatter white space around the word as though someone used a 1-2px. eraser inconsistently.
"This would have been produced on a typewriter. The halo effect around the type is clearly not from a typewriter.
"There is something wrong with this document, folks."
Obama will be toast if it’s proven that he forged documents. That’s what happened to Dan Rather.
Halos are created by sharpening, the bigger the halo, the more the sharpening. Most programs default to some degree of sharpening, adjustable by the user.
Thank you, LucyT. Bless Trump for calling for the doc to be examined. I hope he keeps the pressure on.
This person says it’s not a typo. Hope people can figure it out. Maybe it’s been addressed already.
There is no typo. I actually says THE but there appears to have been some grit or dust on the stamp lying across part of the H that makes it appears as an X.
