CertifiCATE of not CertifiCATION of I think Hawaii does not word it "Birth Certificate" but C(cate) O L B instead of C(tion) O L B to distinguish between the two different docs.
besides, this was the problem all along on hinging everything on his BC instead of his status as Not - NBC. Of course now, can this released be taken to courts to prove his NBC
