That is precisely the important thing. Don't go around the bend worrying about photoshopping, the father's race, etc., etc. Take this document at its face value. It says Barack Obama Sr was the father. Barack Obama Sr was never a US citizen so by all historically accepted definitions of "natural born" Barack Obama Jr cannot be a natural born citizen. He is damned by his own evidence.
BTW, I still think the document is fraudulent, that FMD is the father. Maybe Trump can next challenge Barry to take a DNA test.
Not necessarily for foreigners. If you look at Ship Registries from back in the old days on Ancestry.com. you can see that "French" or "Italian" or "British" were used in the "Race" column for whites.
In 1961, "African" could simply be used to mean "Foreign Negro" as opposed to "American Negro".
But, that is all speculation that can be cleared up by simply releasing the original long-form.

I don’t follow this BC issue much. But I just took a look at that PDF and I’d love to have the thing examined by a typewriter expert. Old typewriter’s had idiosyncracies and the H’s in this document seem different (the H’s in the names versus the H’s in the hospital name and Honolulu.)
