OK, this is an interesting thing I found. Put the document in Acrobat Reader. Make magnification high (300%), now scroll back and forth in the document. You will see that there are flashes of white space for almost all of the entry fields. In other words, the underlying document has a corrupted watermark in each of these fields. I think anyone could decompose the .pdf file just like you can get rid of name redactions.
I SWEAR THERE IS A LOT OF WHITE SPACE IN EVERY BOX. SOMEONE TOOK A BC AND WHITED IT OUT AND THEN PUT IN NEW INFO!!!!
PS. I’m definitely NOT any type of document examiner. However, the whited spaces are easy to find and correspond to what we would expect in a forgery. The watermark is corrupted in almost all data entry boxes.

I have the same white spaces,but not to the extent of Obama’s.
The background paper is green and white, that may explain the white spaces.
