The HDoH scanned or photographed the original document that Fukino claims was in the basement in a bound volume. Then, in order to print it - this is important, so pay attention - they pasted/inserted the scanned/photographed data into a 2011 version of the Certificate of Live Birth form and printed it on the modern-day, green security paper.

I'm trying to understand what you typed above. Why would they print a scanned document on security paper? Would they not just photo copy it and certify it?

Do a comparison between Obama’s, Danae’s, and the one with “Sheila Richardson’s” signature on it.
