This was stamped last month (not the same): What stamp is not the same? The stamp above/around Onaka's signature looks the same to me. Are you looking at a different stamp? The COLB itself is different, which is not a surprise given the 34 year difference in the documents.

the "certification" has a typo: "I CERTIFY THIS IS A TRUE COPY OR ABSTRACT OF TXE RECORD ON FILE IN THE HAWAII STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH."
"THE" is mispelled as "TXE" on 0bama's.
