That was my question. If there is NO father listed on Obamas BC, isn’t he a NBC, just from his mom being a citizen?
The drafters of the 14th Amendment said the words “parents,” but it has not been tested in court enough. If Obama wasn’t born here, his mother would need to be a citizen for 5 years after the age of 14 for Obama to be a NBC. She had Obama at age 18, only 4 years after the age of 14.
