That isn’t Executive Power. That is Abuse of Power, an impeachable offense.
If Obama tried that, the hue and cry would become so loud that Boehner would be severely pressured to allow impeachment hearings in committee as well as a floor vote.
I seriously doubt that. There'd be lots of hue and cry at the outset, but little appreciable action.. Americans have become conditioned to accept the formerly unacceptable.
