So if you have a literate culture does that always mean it will be a moral and ethical one? Muslims are very literate and they still lie, cheat, steal, murder, and blow up infidels to expand the caliphate they so dream of. They are very blessed with money and technology and it still does not turn them into moral and ethical individuals.
I can’t think of any Black dominated countries in the Northern Hemisphere that are First World. High rates of poverty, violent crime, drug use, prostitution, and other financial and social ills are a reflection of the spiritual poverty within the minds and hearts of that culture.
You go to any place on this Earth where Blacks go, whether it be a community in America, a Caribbean country, in any of the African nations, Europe, et al you will always find them causing a disproportionate amount of the problems we see.
Why does it always have to be someone else’s fault for their problems especially if they are running their own countries? Is Whitey causing them to oppress themselves?

And none of what I wrote came anywhere close to saying that, blacks are absolved from any fault for their plight or that, “Whitey is causing them to oppress themselves.”
