Is Fox's announcement a display of ignorance of the real issue or an attempt to obscure the real requirement???
Shep Smith is an idiot.
Fox is becoming as un watchable as the rest of them.
It is a message to “Shut up”
Stopped watching Faux News years ago.
All true. But in addition, we really don’t know if Obama IS a citizen. He may still have Kenyan, British, or Indonesian citizenship.
Since there is no evidence that he ever took the steps to get his American citizenship back after his parents relinquished it in Indonesia, he may be an illegal alien.
Obama was born when the law was different.
SO was George Romney! It's possible Mit himself has dual citizenship for both the US and Mexico on account of grandpa's daliances in Mexico.
I do not have my pocket Constitution. Is it verbatim from the Constitution?
Can they confirm he went to Columbia?
Oh Shep Smith said it... We can all go home now because Sheppy has spoken.
Well there ya go PING
FOX has spoken...
Barry is a resident of the US
Wait...
t6hats not enough...
It says they confirmed that he is a resident? Which golf coarse would that be?
"I even have his address right here! It's on Pennsylvania Avenue. Also, we confirm that water? Well, it is wet after all, too!"
Shep always has been an idiot. He’s also an Obama supporter.
“Fox is becoming as un watchable as the rest of them.”
Somebody got to Ailes. Trump?
We also know Arnold Schwarzenegger is a citizen and yet...
Lite in his loafers too.
I saw that and had the impression that S Smith articulated that position with some enthusiasm and relish. I have no idea what is going on here, but it is going to take a really credible institution or individual to challenge what apparently no one wishes to challenge. And I cannot believe that Fox would grant credibility to that online version which has been around since the beginning of the controversy. A lot of water has gone under the bridge since the release of that artifact. Just show us the GD birth certificate Obama!
There's been discussion about whether or not you have to assert your rights in some manner if that happened. Most of the claims that you have to assert it involve kids coming back to the US from Mexico ~ and there their parents didn't need to do anything to turn them into Mexican citizens.
The laws are highly complex and are NOT equal for everyone. That's because the immigration codes are written primarily for foreigners, and though they have some rights under our Constitution (like, we don't kill'em and stuff them in sausages when their visas expire) they are not considered equal in rights to a citizen, and each country's nationals can have different treaty rights or requirements.
I can conform Shep did not graduate from Ole Miss
