If that’s really the case, then who in the world can not say the same thing, other than some country with huge and easy to get to reserves in their own ground?
We “need” “cheap” oil could just as legitimately said by most of the world.
So, the U.S. has the right to just take what it wants? By what logic?
We don’t need to take oil from anyone.
We need to get to more of the oil that is under our own land and under the oceans off our shores. That’s what we need to do.
We need to convert more vehicles to natural gas, which we have a ton of, and which is pretty cheap to do.
Then we need to quit squeelling like the spoiled gasoline consumers wee have been most of our lives, and start paying retail gasoline prices closer to what most of the developed countries pay, which will, by simple market conditions, spur both more fuel efficiency by technology, and more fuel conservation by consumers, which will, over time, bring domestic fuel prices below any highs they get to in the meantime.
But first you need a WH that will make those policies, not a WH that will go start another war over oil, which is what Trump is saying would do.”
We, as in the ones, who freed those 39 Million Ingrates,They owe a bill and can pay in Oil, We also have huge reserves of Hydrocarbons, more that anyone, what is lacking is the WILL to drill! and the enviro weenies are a big part of the problem along with the Marxist Muslim.
