With a title this stupid I question the story.
They are apparently talking about "Sioux Fall" (sic), a city so poor it could afford only one (fall).
2006 census data lists barely 2,000 "black and African American" of any type. If there are indeed 4 mosques, at least one must be "the one no one goes to".

2006 census data lists barely 2,000 "black and African American" of any type. Five years is plenty of time for these animals to stack up. Here in Columbus, our Somali population has gone from 15,000 in 2006 to about 80,000 today. They are vermin.
