The social/cultural WILL NOT take care of itself. The libertarians do not give a d@#n about abortion, teaching homosexuality from K-12, etc. Evil unchecked is evil tolerated or even sanctioned. As long as there are true conservatives, Ron Paul et al are just wasting time, effort and money. He is good on fiscal but a kook on other things. He can bus in whomever he wants to whatever he wants. He ain't it!

Libertarians would gut the NEA, and ensure that parents were not forced to send their children to schools which would try to brainwash them into thinking dangerous behaviors are "normal". They would also oppose any taxpayer funding for abortion. Social conservatives seek more than that, but I'd still regard the Libertarians as being more socially conservative than the status quo.
