To some degree you are right. Don't jack with them where they can walk or drive to you, getting that hoard overseas is a whole nuther story.

At some point they will self-distruct just like the other china dynasties.

Actually the current government on the mainland brought down the previous dynasty with about the same efficiency they’ve taken America’s factories.

Not sure on what you’re basing your prediction.
