Regarding crimes against a transgender/queer person: at what point does an ordinary crime rise to a hate crime?
Shirley there must be a difference between a plain ordinary crime and a hate crime. What is it?
Why don’t these people rally outside of the homes of the suspects instead?
Is this transgender woman a woman or a man genetically speaking?

The animals who beat this person should be jailed. All the McDonalds employees who stood around and did nothing during this savage attack should be fired.
