Every circus deserves a good side show. The Donald may be the only one with the stones and money to become the first American who the court recognizes as having “standing” to put the NBC issue to rest. Is Rove upset that he is no longer a ring-master so now he is soured on all circuses?

If the BC issue goes nowhere, if Trump can't find anything that puts Obama in a questionable spotlight it's going to take lot of wind out of his sails.
If he actually presents some type a damning evidence against Obama it will be a game changer.
