I’d be right next to you, both in the fight and in the hospital, although my second amendment rights and CCW may have yielded a different outcome. I’m also a female and rather petite. This is an instance where Sarah Palin’s admonishment that the “GOP needs to learn to fight like a girl” could be paraphrased. It’s encouraging to see that there are still some real men on FR scattered about on this thread too. I always make a note to try to remember their usernames, as they seem to be getting more scarce and I appreciate having them around.
It was a tough situation. According to the laws in my state I cannot pull out my Public Defender and shoot to prevent a robbery or assault on another person. Now if I “fear for my life” it’s a different story. If those big gals were coming at me I guess I would fear for my life.
