A transgender woman beaten at a Baltimore County McDonald's spoke out on Saturday, saying that the attack was "definitely a hate crime" and that she's been afraid to go out in public ever since.
"They said, 'That's a dude, that's a dude and she's in the female bathroom,' " said Chrissy Lee Polis, 22, who said she stopped at the Rosedale restaurant to use the restroom. "They spit in my face."
A worker at the restaurant taped Monday's attack and created a graphic video that went viral last week. After the video garnered hundreds of thousands of views on websites, McDonald's issued a statement condemning the incident, and on Saturday the worker who taped the incident was fired.
The video shows two females — one of them a 14-year-old girl — repeatedly kicking and punching Polis in the head as an employee and a patron try to intervene. Others can be heard laughing, and men are seen standing idly by.
....Her twin brother, Matty Polis, who also lives in Baltimore, said it's been painful to watch her have to endure these sorts of attacks.
"My sister has gotten this her entire life," Matty Polis said. "Being the way she is, she's always had a hard time."
Polis, who was raised by her grandmother in Dundalk and Essex, graduated from Chesapeake High and hasn't had a job or stable place to stay for the past two years, according to her mother, Angela Thomas.
Polis, who is white, believes race may have also been a factor in her attack— both the assailants were black, according to the police report.
Equality Maryland has called on state Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler to step in and investigate the case as a hate crime.

It is probably not what’s going on here, but it would not shock me. Transgender rights are today where gay rights were 30 years ago. In case you haven’t noticed, Trannies a group that is becoming increasingly vocal and visible in the media. People do all kinds of self-destructive things to serve a greater cause or agenda. Like the burning monks in Vietnam.

There are consquences to the choices we make and path we choose to follow. Apparently he has made his choices and sunk his own boat for doing so. As for the crime against him...the gals should be prosecuted for assult like any other crime of this nature.
Why run? While both my mother and sister were in out of town colleges at age 15, and both rose to the top of their professions, the reality of male/female interactions was best summed up with a short dialog between a past love of mine and a male.
SHE: Italian/English with classic British pale shin and deep, DEEP, blue eyes. Bright, and quite feminine but a surgical nurse.
HE: A Cuban physician, trying to pick her up at a hospital event.
Now, for the He Said/She Said event:

She said: Batting her eyes, and with a subtle but sensuous movement, “With these, I can do anything I want.”
In the end, females are designed to have us to whatever they want.
PS The designer knew what HE was doing, I suspect.

Valid reason. However, the only conservative fast food chain I can think of off the top of my head is Chik-fil-A. I love the company, but am not that thrilled about their sandwiches.

Yes, the ‘bottom line’ solution will be very interesting.
There is a lot of reference in the comments about the employees.
I am pretty sure the McDonalds (and other such places) try to encourage their help to NOT intervene in such cases. Especially when you figure how many minors are involved.
Now, those that were able and didn’t call 911 should be dealt with and the guy(?) who ‘filmed’ it should be gone.
I am 70+ and would be hard set to try to intervene EVEN if I was packing, as in some areas, I would get a lot more attention for my ‘piece’ than the combatants would, once the cops got there.
And yes, if I were the ‘victim’, I would have no problem defending myself.
On the other hand, it is very hard (almost impossible) while sitting at a keyboard on a Sunday early PM and saying what you will or wont do.
Each situation would be handled dependent upon the prevailing circumstances.
Too late I think. We're already collapsing. The moral fiber of our nation is in the sewer as is our Gov. who makes laws to protect those who choose to turn their backs to God. Any nation, Historically, who does this gets invaded by barbarians and a host of other ills. Disease is on an upswing as they come into our nation as well. Our laws which once protected a Christian Nation are now protecting the lawbreakers in every way.
And that is really the point here, isn’t it?
Not everyone is perfect.

I don't see how that fits but it's not something I have to worry about. I don't eat fast food much but when there isn't much choice I at least avoid the worst political offenders and Micky D's is #1 AFAIK.
