Never happened.
The old drunk killed himself in 1982. Obama's first visit to Africa was 1986.
And the is no "Obama record." All of his records are unavailable to the public, as Obama has them sealed. The only thing the public has ever seen are the counterfeit documents produced by Team Obama.
