Well.....to be technical until they hit him there was no crime to report. I am not sure I would advise them I was calling for help either as there is another thread here on FR tonight in which a patron of McD's stopped a fight....he was shot to death minutes later in retaliation. In big cities, many back away from conflict with others in fear. Happened in jolly old England, where guns are banned.
