Two days ago, Matt Drudge linked to a new book by Jerome Corsi, unflinchingly titled Where’s the Birth Certificate? The book immediately leapt to number one on Amazon.com, where it has remained ever since. The media has shown its usual incredulity at the indisputable stupidity of the American people. How could so many people question President Obama’s birthplace? How could they wonder about his origins? Are they all simply racist?

Yet another excellent commentary (seems I’ve read hundreds over the past 2 years) exploring yet another controversial aspect of the mysterious Barack Hussein Obama Jr.

Dozens of controversies, tons of proof ... and all we do is talk. Nothing is done.

Obama openly admits his father was a British citizen, which disqualifies him from “natural-born citizen” status and thus from the office of the Presidency. And nothing is done.

Violations of the Constitution are everywhere. And nothing is done.

Amen and amen! And we're up against more than one enemy. The Left is one combatant but Islam is another. It's really a two to one fight. And once one of us is eliminated the other two will fight it out between themselves.

One reason we are so far behind in the fight is that we haven't even owned up to the fact that we're in a fight! Two of the parties in this war are in it for real, the third is busy denying there even IS a fight.

I see only one or two people on the horizon that, IMHO, have what it takes to first of all recognize we're in a war, then see just how serious the battle is and finally DO what it takes to prevail. SarahCudda and Herman Caine lead the pack for my money. My Mom used to constantly warn about winning a battle and losing the war. I see a lot of today's issues in that light. Anything other than defeating the Left and Islam jihad runs the risk of winning the battle and losing the war.

You just know the other two combatants in this war love it when we ignore them and the threat they pose and go after social issues or fighting over saving a paltry few billions of dollars while spending trillions.

Now, Drudge has an AP story that shows a picture of a State birth index...with obama’s name listed...is this a fraud as well?

I have not seen it, but if it's an ‘index’ then it means it was typed in by someone or was taken from machine readable media and that means it simply reflects what's been recorded before. Even a blatantly forged birth certificate could end up on an index and its presence would mean nothing.

Most counties in America now offer an index to their clerk of the court's recordings. If I file a deed or a will or a judgment with the clerk the original is kept by the clerk and assigned some ID, frequently a book and page. The original is stamped with the book and page and so on, and then microfilmed and returned to the person who filed it.

For a fee, $35 per book here in Hillsborough County, Florida, you can buy a copy of the microfilm copy of a day's worth of recordings at the court house. Everything filed for that day is on the microfilm. Here in Hillsborough it is usually a thousand more documents.

There has to be some way of knowing where to find a specific filing or document. It's the index and it list the particulars of every document filed. In the case of a deed, the grantor and grantee and a part of the legal description. For a will, the deceased person. For a judgment the plaintiff and the defendant. What's in the index varies from county to county.

I can take any document I want down to the courthouse and have it recorded. Whatever is recorded is indexed.

If I take a bogus document and record it the record will reflect the recording.

So, in short, the fact something is on an index is of little consequence when it comes to the validity of the document recorded. It's also possible for the person doing the indexing to add something or leave it off on purpose.

The only sure way of knowing a document exists and is for real is to see the document.

Sorry be so wordy, but the Left delights in confusing the issue by changing the subject.

Personally I don't care when or where or under what circumstances he was born. I simple feel that as a citizen of the US it's my right to ask for proof that someone meets the requirements of an office.

Actually, no, it isn’t.

Stanley Ann Dunham couldn’t have been married to Barack H. Obama when she gave birth to Barry S. Dunham, because BHO was married to Kezia already.

In 1961, illegitimate children did not have fathers - not legal fathers anyway. On this, the common law, the 1948 British Nationality Act and the 1952 US naturalization law all agree.

So, unless you have a theory of how Barry could have been Obama’s legitimate son, he did not have dual citizenship at birth.

My birth certificate has an imprint of my feet on it. It has the name of the doctor who delivered me on it and athe name of the hospital. It has the date and time of the delivery on it. So does Obama’s. Let’s see it. Not a bunch of coverup by a Democratic party trying to hold onto power in spite of the Constitution. Face up to it Democrats. There will be no election win without the Birth Certificate. We will not let it happen again that Mr. Obama will thumb his nose at the American People. By now, there are enough of us who want the Constitution to stand as written, that we will vote that way. Buzz words and Catch phrases will not cut it for this man again.

It’s doubtful BHO, Sr. was the father, nor is there any evidence Stanley Ann Dunham was the mother. Apparently Barry Steven Dunham Soretoro Hussein 0bama arrived in Hawaii when he was about three years old.

If we retain the income tax (a scheme that destroys financial privacy), then the corporate profit should be untaxed at the corporate level, but passed through on a per-share basis to the individual’s income to be taxed. If we move to a sales-based tax like the fair tax, when the individual spends his share of the profits (either capital gains or dividends), he will be taxed.

I agree with you that it is questionable that Obama senior was the actual father. There is little physical resemblance between Obama Sr. and Obama Jr. Unless Obama’s mother was a total slut, it is doubtful she would have gotten pregnant at the age of 17 by a 25 year old married man with children from Kenya who she had just met in a Russian Friendship Club. It is not impossible but it raises questions.

However, I am not sure why you say that there is no evidence that Stanley Ann Dunham was the mother. Stanley Ann was in Seattle in August of 1961 with a young black baby that she said was hers and spoke of the father as being Obama Sr. and talked about Obama Sr. being a tribal leader in Kenya and that she would return to Kenya and be one of his wives.

I am open to any evidence that you have and would welcome any information that can help me learn more.
