A black-on-white hate crime? In Baltimore?

Straight-on-transgendered, though, will end up being a hate crime.
The last article I read indicates the victim was transgendered.
It would be a rarity for sure.
We either need to call all crimes hateful and remove the protected status, or call every crime across race a hate crime.
I suspect we would soon see the true racists.
