McCain has been a twisted sickie ever since he left Hanoi. He literally doesn't know which side he is on in any given conflict. This is a result of his experience when tortured into submitting to the NVA. He should have been peremptorily retired on disability upon the revelation of his record.
He should be removed and retired from office, now.
