Could be that the filmer is trying to explain away his cowardice in defending a helpless girl. Police say the victim was a "22 year old woman".

So the people (police) that met with her and are investigating say she is a woman.

The guy who made sure to stay back at least 15 feet while filming who we dont know if he even talked to the victim says she is a tranny, then hides it.
