I empathize with you. It really sucks that this behavior goes on all the time, yet no one is outraged the 99% of the time when the victim is black - (except for those rare times when the perps are white, in which case it becomes a major news event.)

That’s not true. Yeah, the generalizations abound, but that’s born out of the regularity of the incidents being reported. There’s no shortage of concern for innocent Black victims regardless of the perp’s characteristics. No group is sacred here at FR, except of course for the Amish.
Regarding “Holder’s people”, while that may seem prejudicial, I assume the idiom is based on Holder’s statements to Congress relating to his refusal to prosecute the case involving the New Black Panthers voter intimidation incident.
I think you’re seeing sarcasm, and not necessarily racism. Given the not-so-blind system of justice, the intrinsic bias of “Hate Crimes” legislation, Political Correctness, and irresponsible media, folks have grown tired and have become understandably cynical. Racists don’t last on this forum. But what the hell do I know, I’m just a balding, middle-aged, white guy that hates health care reform.
