As seen above, in a Facebook posting, Hackett has contended that the woman seen getting beaten in the video was actually a male cross-dresser who got into a confrontation with female patrons when he refused to leave the women’s bathroom at the Baltimore eatery. Hackett claimed that the victim faked a seizure and, when cops arrived at the restaurant, “he got right up.”

I suspect McDonalds realizes it - big time - that they have a PR problem. They are hurting Gators and will be hurting more in the next few days. No amount of false rumors about the victim being a trannie will help them.

BTW - I called their corporate number and got a customer service rep who was not totally sympathetic. Her sympathies were most likely with her friends who were doing the assaulting. Bad move McDonalds.
