Every employee who just stood there doing nothing should be fired.They need to instruct their employees on how to lock the resturant down and to call 911 no matter what or else they risk losing all of their white customers.I have a feeling they would not like the bottomline if that happened.

Then arrested, charged as an accessory to attempted murder and personally sued for everything they currently or will ever have.
Then sentenced to provide care for the victim (providing he/she lives) perpetually on a work release.
Then we can really hold them accountable.
He could have pushed the victim into the bathroom and locked the door, then pushed the other girls out, or simply tried to "talk" to them while the police were on their way and the other employees photographed the thugs with their cell phones.
But the victim was not one of their own...
