Most people simply don’t have the capacity to stand up to such savagery; I had to spend the past couple of years in Pontiac, MI and I just left in January. I had depression, the parents treated it like a personal disgrace, shipped me off to a room/board, then a group home where I had to live among psychotics and one with ghetto attitudes to boot, and also after getting on SSD, live with my former supervisor (also ghetto black) in a room/board setting who thought I was spoiled and didn’t mind reminding me of that fact daily (all the while being sickly sweet to my Dad’s face who was totally fooled) and I only got through because I maintained a stoical manner and didn’t answer back, since it’s likely it would have escalated the situation.
You simply cannot deal with such savages, it’s beyond them, it really is. If you lash back, I am more than sure they would have done much worse to her.
I don't doubt that, but I think the only thing that changes is that when you lash back you need to make sure they're not going to get back up.
