Except for my personal pet peeve -—
Interjecting “you know” into every other syllable. It has become a tic for professional talkers, something that used to be drummed out of kids in high school speech classes. It hits my ears like fingernails on a chalkboard, and really lessens my respect for the talker.
I didn't know about TPM or what TPM stands for, so thanks for the info.
It was an honor and priviledge to meet and speak to the great LTC Allen West at the FR Convention. Had I know then what I know now ... whew!!!

My mom, the teacher, had the same reaction to “you know” that you have. Of course it drove me crazy!

Allen is an avid distance runner, a PADI Master certified SCUBA diver, motorcyclist, and attends Community Christian Church in Tamarac Florida. Excellence is a West family tradition. His wife, Angela, holds an MBA and PhD. and works as a financial planner.”

I think you said it earlier, and I agree. I have been a Palin supporter from the start, and this would be the only candidate I would consider over her.
Of course my dream would be Palin/West 2012. I think that’s a winner. She has the executive experience now, and he would be ready for 2020. She could send him out on the campaign trail, and they would both be able to do what she was prevented from in ‘08, they would destroy the Obozo!

I saw the video on Youtube (Laura Inghram). Just as I was taking a sip of soda Col. West said Obama’s “a low level socialist agitator”, and I just about spit my drink out. I managed to swallow it without getting choked, but cracked up laughing!
Ditto for me. What spare time I have these days I'm generally on one of those sites I provided. Working on my letter for Shona to hand deliver on Tuesday.
It certainly would do away with the anti black rhetoric on the campaign trail. That would be refreshing.
