If I was the parent of that girl - I would DEMAND the police be white and would make no bones about it. And I'd hire by own investigators.

It's possible that she was already epileptic. If she was taking medication in the bathroom or having a grand petit (zone out) episode and the blacks commented "don't look at me funny" or "gimme the pills", she wasn't in a condition to do more than curl up and try to protect her head.

Or she may have thought one blow is coming and then its done, just wait it out and leave.

Or the cultural assumption that she'd go to jail if she hit a black woman because all these black people were already around her attacking her, and she'd end up both beaten up AND arrested by the cops when half a dozen blacks said she instigated it.

Many logical reasons. All of which would be mitigated if she had a concealed weapon and used it.

Unless Americans are willing to organize, band together and force a stop to this type of activity (against ANYONE) with severe punishment that causes others to think twice about repeating the behavior, these types of stories should NOT be posted publicly. What is going to happen is that such publicity will encourage copycat behavior (it's already happening) and more outrage with no action behind it in the future.

I do not read stories of gangs of white kids beating up a black person anywhere. White youth so far just don't see the need to seek out someone weak and beat him/her down. It is only black youth seeking out someone weak to assault. Law enforcement including the courts are way beyond bringing any form of justice in these cases. So, either get together and find a way to end this or quit posting this crap.

A video isn’t going to provoke this type of behavior, you should know by now that blacks have been doing this and WORSE for decades now and I am more than sure that they would be more than happy to do more of this, video or not.

Even if it had been true (and I would have been as disgusted as anyone else), that isn’t cause for attempted murder (never mind the racial angle). McDonalds’ stock has done well in our “he-cession”; we’ll see if they can keep that up. Until recently I was a regular breakfast customer; lately I’ve been dieting and so I’ve shied away from it. I’ll try to spin that into a boycott; I have Burger King, Wendy’s, and White Castle in the vicinity as well if I fall off the wagon.
