You are so right. Scary times....
” Typical of communists, they are hiding their troops behind a crowd of villagers.”
We spent a ton of time in local government, at local universities and assorted leftist saloons, Smokin’ Joe.
I thought we pretty well uncovered all commie ratholes and identified the various Lenin, Che and Castro wannabes. Most were nothing more than grubby little vermin who ran when you shouted Boo!
We had top-notch researchers exposing the Marxists at universities, local government and even in private engineering firms. If we missed some commie nest of super rats hiding in the villages, I’m not aware of it.
"Flash ...."
It sounds like you were downright thorough. Good! It pays to know who's who.
Actually, my reference was to the way the ChiComs would roust the villagers and force them to move in front of or among their troops when attacking positions in Korea, where a relative of mine fought them.
It is typical of the amoral to present a moral dilemma to their enemies, to hide and advance behind or among children and old women under fire.
I would not put it past our adversaries to mingle women, small children, and babies in their 'protest' ranks, for the propaganda value if any real fracas started and any were to get hurt.
Most were nothing more than grubby little vermin who ran when you shouted Boo!
That's absolutely normal, but real predators have been known to lurk among the paper tigers. For them, the paper tigers are disposable, if not particularly reliable assets, and if they can get one use out of them, they will.
