Baloney. We are not questioning his eligibilty based on his behavior. We are questioning it because the facts have not been made available to us. It is matter of facts and not perceptions about his behavior (which is a separate issue and also troubling). Either he is eligible or he isn’t. We demand to know the truth - let the chips fall where they may. Congress doesn’t seem to even care. It infuriates me.
The US always had a two tier class system, the power elites and everyone else. War between the power elites have been going on since the founding of our country which have culminated in a number of internal fights and wars (American Civil War, etc, etc, etc).
The Dems in 2007 found a candidate that was cool, hip and charismatic that if fielded can help them win big in the House, win the White House and even the Senate. Otherwise settle for an established candidate and win the House and White House by small margin and forget about the Senate. Problem is Obama has eligibility issues, but he is the key for the massive power sweep. IMHO Howard Dean and later Pelosi did the political calculus and opted to risk fielding Obama. Gamble paid off, Dems win big in 2008, birth certificate issue sounds too crazy to believe and the MSM was more then happy to ignore it. The courts were too slow and hesitant to make a decision and Obama gets elected. Once Obama is elected Pres it becomes harder to dethrone him without severe consequences for the Dem power elites, now the entire Dem power elite structure must commit themselves to cover Obama otherwise the loss of political power will be very severe. Every tactic will be employed. Legal, judges, MSM, race card, HI Dem party, etc, etc, etc because the power elites’ asses are truly on the line.
I don’t think the Dems will try this again, because of the stink raised by birthers and Trump, but atleast Pelosi can smile and wink wink at the GOP that the Dems crossed the line, won big and atleast advanced their Progressive agenda while they held power precariously and the country was not able to get a grip on what had happened.
IMHO the birth certificate issue will be solved after Obama leaves office where he will no longer have all the protection. Berg one of the early birth certificate activists pointed out that the best time to expose Obama was before he got elected. It would be harder once he is in office because he has more protection against any legal inquiries. One will have to wait till he leaves office.
Congress willingly and knowingly violated the Constitution in approving SR 511, which tried to make Obama as well as McCain eligible. They want the issue to be ignored because exposing Obama would expose their own treasonous acts.
Obama’s DOJ refuses “standing.” SCOTUS says Congress must send them something to rule on. Congress refuses.
The military special forces should detain certain people at Gitmo and waterboard them: Perkins-Coie, who is hiding Obama’s records, also McCaskill, Coburn, Leahy SR 511), Howard Dean (who forced Hillary’s delegates to switch to Obama), Pelosi (who forged eligibility papers), etc. We are no longer a nation of laws but of a dictator, who possesses the power given to Bush after 911.
