What would the crime rate be in the USA without black crime?
Would love to see those numbers published.
It would, of course, be exponentially lower. While it fluctuates, black men represent roughly 16% more of the total prison population than do white men. This is astonishing considering black men only represent (roughly) 13% of the entire US male population.
Put another way, the rate of incarceration is about 7-times greater for black men than it is for white men. Naturally, race-baiters like Sharpton would argue that whitey gets off more frequently than the black defendants, and the incarceration rates are just another indicator of a racially-biased justice system. That, is bunk.
Anecdotally, I have sat in MANY morning arraignments in Miami where I did not see a single (plainly) Caucasian defendant arraigned. Not one.
