I guarantee you , none of these employees were considering McDonald’s corporate policy when they went into default racist mode.
I will agree with the increased security in stores that choose to operate in areas dominated by the uncivilized, but McD is sure to be the target of discrimination suits over that.

But McDonalds is a big part of promoting that culture, with everything from hip-hop commercials to "Black 365".
And, as I said above, if you choose to cater to a cleint type you need to staff appropriately.
