I say that is a shopped photo. If you look closely, moochelle’s dress is covering part of the right hand and purse of the lady in blue, even though she is a full step up the stairs in front of her.

Interesting. I looked and you may be right. I think Michelle is ashamed of her height. She always wears flats and sometimes stands with her legs apart to look shorter. I think someone moved her up a step so the height difference is less obvious.
