Seems that in order to be fair, we should hold a SHAKE OUT (or down) for the Yellowstone Caldera.
All the Homeland Security staff can make appearances in Yellowstone Park, and take along the wife and kids. Then there is the world wide effect either of these catastrophes would have. Probably need to conduct some training exercises outside the U.S., especially with the 50 million missing climate change refugees.

When we were children in the 50s, we had air raid drills.
Every damn firehouse in every damn city has a siren and churches have bells.
We have fire drills. Earthquake drills are another step up.
Always has top be some billion dollar deal to get something done that costs NOTHING.
