Especially if he gets re-elected on a thin plurality with Trump playing the spoiler and, as most expect, he is dealing with GOP majorities in both House and Senate. He will be in the weakest position of any US President since Gerald Ford, who had to deal with BIG Democrat majorities, anger over the Nixon pardon, and the fact that he had never really been elected. The rest of the world will see that as ripe for the pickin'.
