Unfortunately it also says date filed, but it states Certificate rather than certification. A Certification is not the same as a certificate and this one actually has a seal. Where is BO’s seal? Supposedly on the back. I guess they couldn’t certify the front. That would have been perjury!

I've been going on about the difference between a "certificaTION" and a "certificaTE" that it was one of the first things I looked for.
