Cool! After 8 years on Free Republic I finally get flamed. You can take a look at all of my other posts and try to see how my opinion of Boeing management fits in with everything else. You are going to be confused.

As an afterthought, aren’t the people at Boeing in South Carolina already familiar with Boeing’s management style? Are they unhappy? How would the management of an existing Boeing plant be affected by adding another line? How would joining a union help? All a union does is empower group force. Can’t an unhappy non-union employee simply quit their job?

Perhaps I am not understanding your meaning.

You will recall that one of the many anti-FReedom laws and regulations passed by the “legislature” in AS was one that prevented a company FRom moving plant and equipment out of a failing state to a more pro-business state.

And, AS was PUBLISHED in 1957!

PS I quite agree. I really hope Boeing tells the NRLB to pound sand, and if the Feds get really pissy, Boeing moves all production to South Carolina.

Part 1, Chapter 10. It was one of Wesley Mouch’s directives.

Thanks, Publius. I knew I could count on you to provide a specific reference for this thread.

It is amazing just how prescient Ms. Rand was, isn’t it?

Jesse Jackson, Jr. stepped into her spider web, also. “Jesse Jackson, Jr. blames the iPad for ‘eliminating thousands of American jobs’” He called for Apple to be forced into stopping the production and sale of them! Snicker, snicker!

I wonder who’ll be the next LIEberal/Socialist/Marxist/Fascist Obongo Bozo follower to step into her web?

Sadly, it will probably be more profitable to move the whole line off shore rather than pursue a legal resolution.

Jeese Jackson, Jr. was making the argument made by Dr. Potter in Part 1, Chapter 7.

I wonder if he knows how utterly ignorant his argument is? Or, how Fascist?

He is an evil man, and so is his father.
