The Business Insider article is a puff piece based on an unusually fawning (even for them) puff piece in the NYT.
I imagine if someone actually read the Dunham biography with a critical eye, there may be some things of real interest there.
Personally, I wouldn't have the stomach for it.

To me it would be a lot like these biologists who study animals by carefully and thoroughly examining their dung.
