You ask what would happen if Hussein was ruled "ineligible".

A constitutional crisis would ensue unlike anything ever seen before. Firstly, would Hussein resign or would he be forced out by impeachment? Would this congress vote for impeachment, even if he was "ineligible"?

What about all his appointments, including to the SCOTUS? What about the bills he signed? What about presidential orders? I guess the other two branches of government would have to decide what to do.

It would be a right mess, though, and it might happen soon.

I’m still fuming that a criminal who defrauded the Supreme Court by tampering with a document from the medical community in order to persuade the Court it said the opposite of what it actually said - is now sitting on that court.

unbelievable.

These people are never held accountable for anything.
