Those are the cold hard facts. We have a usurper as well as a Congress unwilling to address it. The Constitution does not stand.

No one - absolutely no one in America - wants to be blamed for starting the race war that would result in trying to remove this most historic President in our history. No guts, and all afraid of what the history books will write about them. My latest disappointment is Gov Jan Brewer vetoing the HB 2177 bill in AZ that would have required the Sec of State to verify the eligibility of Pres candidates. If conservative AZ with a conservative Gov cannot pass such a requirement to enforce the Constitution, then NO ONE CAN. Other means are going to have to be used.

This case has been in the court system all along and they are totally corrupt...not even willing to hear the case. We KNOW it is not about a birth certificate since he actually admits to being fathered by a British citizen. There is no rule of law in this country.

Keep in mind, the only reason people pay taxes is the 16th amendment... which is attached to a document with no sever-ability clause. It’s all or nothing.

Birthers should stop filing taxes... since the Constitution is no longer in effect
