Donald Trump has a deal for the President: He'll release his tax returns if Obama releases his birth certificate.
The billionaire businessman and aspiring presidential candidate laid out the conditions for his financial records disclosure Tuesday.
"Maybe I'm going to do the tax returns when Obama does his birth certificate … I'd love to give my tax returns. I may tie my tax returns into Obama's birth certificate," he told ABC News' George Stephanopoulos.
Obama revealed Monday that the First Family shelled out $453,770 to the IRS for 2010.
Presidents and potential candidates traditionally reveal how much they pay in taxes, but it's not a requirement. It's unclear just how much Trump - who has been bragging about his personal fortune in recent weeks - is worth.
Trump, who's at the head of the birther chorus, has seen a spike in recent polls. He repeated his doubts that Obama was born in the U.S., a claim that Stephanopoulos immediately blasted.
"George, they've co-opted you. Obviously, Obama and his minions have co-opted you," Trump said.

All Trump is going to do is funnel votes away from the GOP when he runs as an independent. If he does win the nomination, people might not take him seriously(I definately don’t) and he will end up gifting Obama the re-election..

If he really loves this country and wants to save it, he would be doing exactly what he is doing as a stalking horse for Sarah.

He already has. He has released:
1) A hospital certificate
2) A short form abstract of the birth certificate
3) A long form birth certificate
4) His mother’s naturalization card signifying that The Donald was born to two American citizens.
It’s a curiosity that Trump thought he could uncover evidence about Obi’s birth in Hawaii when 500 previous attempts were made. WND made at least 100, and came up with nothing.
What could Trump do differently?
I speculate: Trump thought he could offer bribes. Maybe with enough money, someone could be induced to reveal the truth. Trump has the dollars. It’s the only route that doesn’t lead down the previously trodden paths. Bribes are illegal, of course, but sometimes civil disobedience is necessary to stop a larger evil.

Well, it’s impossible to actually defend Mitt....to conservatives at least. The only people I know who think he’s okay are disaffected Democrats.
No, but I've noticed how the Trump Chumps give comb-over boy a free pass for defending Obama and calling Bush the most evil (not mistaken, not naive, EVIL) president in history.

I think he will run. He said on a local radio station in NYC if he does not get the nomination he will run as an independent of or Third Party "tea party".
I suspect he will hold onto any info from the investigation until the last weekend of october and use it as an october surprise. I certainly hope the GOP and other candidates are not only depending on Trumps investigation into Obama's BC.
It would be political suicide to ignore this and allow the campaigns to continue with a possible candidate who has not proven his eligibilty. Voters will lose faith in the system and I'm not talking about Obama voters.

no, a stalking horse for Hillary. Hillary can’t bash Obama, but Trump can and he can get the media to play along with he’s a republican and it’s the republican’s fault.
The problem is, there are more Americans than the media and Hillary even suspected that are supporting someone actually questioning “the won’s” credentials. Trump might actually see the opportunity to win and he might take it. Hillary Clinton sure would be ticked off. :-)
If you really want to see a candidate like Sarah Palin suck the air out of Trump's balloon she or another candidate should make a statement such as:
"When I move into the White House my attorney general will initiate a thorough and complete investigation in order to be fair to not only the American people but also to President Obama who rightfully deserves to be acknowledged as a legitimate former President. It is also important to clarify to the American people that Barack Obama was indeed eligible and was the legitimate President of these United States.
However, if by some chance the accusations turn out to be correct, there is a promise to the American people that anybody in Congress whether they be republican or democrat will be legally held accountable and justice will be served for any wrong doing and illegal activity. Let that be a warning to the leaders of Congress who have taken the oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America."
The sooner this is done the quicler Donald Trump will fall in the polls. I suspect he will be holding onto whatever he learns about obama's BC for an October surprise.
